Refund Policy

All payments to wtsp.dev are final. We don't give refunds. This covers per-request payments and prepaid credit.

You only pay for answers

Instead of refunds, the service never charges for a lookup that doesn't give you an answer. This happens on its own, with nothing to request:

• A number that is malformed or has no carrier on record is turned away before you pay.
• If WhatsApp doesn't answer a lookup, a per-request payment is cancelled and never taken, and a lookup paid with credit puts the credit back on the key.

"Not on WhatsApp" is an answer, so it is charged like any other.

Prepaid credit

• Credit doesn't expire, so there's no deadline to use it.
• Credit can't be refunded, cashed out or moved to another key.
• A lost API key can't be recovered, and its credit can't be refunded. We only store a fingerprint of each key.
• Credit on a key closed for breaking the Terms of Service is not refunded.

Stablecoin payments

Payments in USDC or other stablecoins are settled on a public blockchain and can't be reversed by us or anyone else.

If something went wrong

If you paid and didn't get your credit or your answer, email hello@wtsp.dev with the transaction hash, or your API key's first characters (never the whole key). If the mistake was ours, we'll add the missing credit to your key.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have by law that can't be waived.
